Through this ministry what we have learned more than anything is the power of relationship.  For an inmate it all started with that wrong relationship that put them in prison and it will be that right relationship when they get out that will keep them from entering back in.  That’s why we have a passion to get the local church more involved.  If an inmate does not change his life and does not connect to a church, 88% of them will be back in prison.  When an inmate does change there life and connects to a church, the return rate goes down to 12%.  The key is getting the church inside the prisons to build that right relationship so that they know they have someone in right relationship when get released. 

How do you get involved? Send your men and women from the church on a missions trip to prison.  If you want to grow as a believer there is no better way than on the mission field.  Even though prison has an intimidating face because of media, you will find it one of the easiest places to share Jesus.  Please get involved and talk to your pastor about getting your church involved.  Below we have downloadable material for you to promote prison ministry in your churches.  From video to written material it’s very easy to advertise and recruit for a mission trip.
